LACA’s current challenge is to represent to the City Council that all of LACA’s members are legitimate collectives and formed under the same conditions as the pre ICO collectives. Those conditions are there are no ordinances governing where collectives can be and have registered to the city by way of the hardship exemption that we are medical marijuana collectives. All of LACA’s members have business licenses, resell permits, business insurance, and leases with landlords’ knowledge that we are running medical marijuana collectives.
